Dataset: Exploring novel inducers of phage tail-like particle expression using a fluorescent reporter bacterium
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed fluorescence and optical density (OD) data generated during the high-throughput chemical screening of Pseudomonas protegens CHA0 R-tailocin gene expression. A fluorescent reporter strain was used to monitor R-tailocin cluster activation across more than 1,500 chemical conditions using Biolog Phenotype MicroArray (PM) plates. 1-The Excel file “Biolog_analysis.xlsx” includes: Raw OD and fluorescence measurements collected over 22 hours for each compound and well. Normalized data (RFU: Relative Fluorescence Units) representing fluorescence signals adjusted for bacterial growth. 2- Original scan "Original scan_tailocin activity.pdf" of agar plate showing R-tailocin activity following induction with selected compounds (acriflavine, rifampicin, pipemidic acid, hydroxyurea, and mitomycin C).
