资源简介:
Pesticides application could ensure tomato gain higher disease resistance and longer shelf-life at low cast. However, it also could cause the loss of fruit flavor. Transcriptome and metabolome analysis in tomato fruits cultivated under imidacloprid, acetamiprid, and dinotefuran individually application showed that imidacloprid and acetamiprid treatments promoted carbon fixation especially imidacloprid. Therefore, compared with other treatments, fruits in imidacloprid treatments showed larger size. However, the sugar, VOCs, and soluble solid contents of fruits in imidacloprid treatment were lower that other two treatment. Moreover, sensory analysis results also showed imidacloprid treatment fruits was the most disliked by customers which suggested imidacloprid was not recommend applied on tomato plant. Compared with the control, less differences in transcriptome and metabolome profile, sugar, acid and VOCs contents, and sensory analysis results were showed in dinotefuran treatments than other two treatments. Therefore, dinotefuran was more recommended to control diseases of tomato plants without causing the loss of fruits flavor and quality.
