Investment return rate in rental residential property in Spain 2022, by region

Murcia ranked as the Spanish region where it was the most profitable to rent out a house based on the value of a property on sale and the annual income derived from house rents, with a rate of return of investment that exceeded seven percentage points. Murcia and Valencia were among the six regions which surpassed the national average of 6.5 percent.
