To investigate transciprtomic landscape changes during the Th cell activation induced by Th cell-specific cytokines, we stimulated naïve CD4+ T cells with immobilized anti-TCR mAb and anti-CD28 mAb for 48 hours under Th0, Th1, Th2, Th17, or Treg cell culture conditions. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for naïve CD4+ T cells, Th0, Th1, Th2, Th17, and Treg cells (n=4 per group)
