资源简介:
A. Immediately following partial regional excision affected tissue is present at the surgical margin (A1) and, as expected, surgical site persistence is noted 4 weeks later while the wound is still healing (A2). B. Three weeks after complete regional excision there is no disease in the region (B1), but 6 months post-operatively a new nodule has presented inferior to the scar consistent with regional progression (B2), which self-resolved 2 weeks later. C. One year following intermammary complete regional excision, no disease is present (C1), but six months following that time a new nodule arose at the surgical margin consistent with surgical site progression (C2), which required a localized surgical intervention.
