Gut microbiota analysis of adrenal injury induced by chronic intermittent hypoxia in mice (16S rRNA amplicon)

This project contains 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data generated to characterize gut microbiota alterations in a mouse model of chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) with adrenal injury compared with normoxic controls. Samples include feces and intestinal contents. The V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was amplified using primers 515F/806R and sequenced using a paired-end strategy on an MGI platform. Raw demultiplexed FASTQ files and sample metadata are provided for downstream microbiome analyses.
