The impact of transitional climate risks on the value of Russian companies

The object of study of this work is transitional climate risks. The author wants to look at the impact of carbon border adjustment mechanism in the EU as a an example of transitional climate risk on and develop its influence on the value of Russian companies. The events associated with the introduction of CBAM in 2019, 2020 and 2021 will be used to do it. These data are every day time series of Russian companies' returns, market index, exchange rate and commodities' prices that were used for research.
