CellGOSSIP (Cell-specific Graph Operation Strategy on Signaling of Intracellular Pathways) datasets

This page contains the single-cell RNA-sequencing datasets used in "CellGOSSIP: Cell-specific Graph Operation Strategy on Signaling of Intracellular Pathways". All datasets analyzed in this study were obtained from previously published studies.

File datasets.zip contains three folders:
