This dataset provides the experimental data generated during an in vitro study evaluating the preventive effects of different herbal and nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste formulations on dentin erosion. The files include: (1) surface roughness (Ra, µm) values, (2) surface microhardness (VHN) values, and (3) original SEM and AFM micrographs of dentin surfaces at different experimental phases. These data support the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
