These files include the confocal images obtained from mouse sciatic nerves, following treatment with Vehicle or FK506 or H57-597 mAb, to assess the effect on cross-sectional area of motor axons (ChAT positive staining) and total axons (TUJ1 staining). Included is the spreadsheet summarizing the analysis that was performed using ImageJ, as described in our eLife publication.
