Forecasting Equatorial Plasma Bubbles from Precursor TEC Signatures Observed by C/NOFS

The dataset represents TEC measurements by CERTO beacon onboard C/NOFS satellite and received at a ground receiver called GRBR located at Phuket on five days. [Data are provided in MATLAB format]. Another file called "TEC_Perturbation_with_days" contains information about the perturbation amplitude detected within EAR's field-of-view (FoV) on 445 days along with the information about the local-time of detecting threshold TEC perturbation amplitude of >= 5.65% within EAR's FoV (LT_TEC) the local-time of EPB observation in EAR's FoV (LT_EAR).
