Provenance Recorder Canonical Export Schema PRC v1 — JSON Schema, Verifier Obligations, and Reference Verifier Demonstration

This record contains the machine-readable artifacts accompanying the specification Recording Is Not Interpreting (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21938388), which describes a non-interpretive provenance recorder for AI-enabled systems. That paper argues that a provenance format is useless if only its producer can validate it. This record is the provision that follows from the position. It is licensed CC BY 4.0 rather than under the more restrictive terms applied to the specification itself. An implementer must be able to profile a schema — constrain an enum, add a domain field, tighten a requirement — and a no-derivatives licence would make the schema citable but not usable.
