caactus tutorial sample dataset

This is a sample dataset to try out the batch mode of the caactus workflow. The github project with instruction on how to use the workflow can be accessed via https://github.com/mr2raccoon/caactus. The steps are also explained in detail in the Graphical User Interface (GUI). Please be aware that some directories are left empty intentionally. We intended to show the complete project directory structure without forcing the user to download too much data for a tutorial. Also, only the subdirectory 0\_1\_original\_tif\_training\_images will stay empty when following the tutorial. The other directories will be filled by performing the batch steps in the tutorial.
