Soil microbial community composition along a lateritic slope in Western Australia.

In this study we used high-throughput amplicon sequencing of the universal 16S rRNA gene to reveal distinct differences in the soil bacterial communities along two transects of a lateritic hillslope in southwestern Australia, in relation to various edaphic factors.
