The data set contains polygons representing the Developments of Regional Impact with the name of the DRI and showing area where large new developments will impact a region. Used and maintained by Building and Development Services, fka. the Planning Department.本数据集包含表征区域影响开发项目（Developments of Regional Impact，简称DRI）的多边形要素，标注有对应DRI名称，并标示出大型新建开发项目将对区域造成影响的范围。本数据集由建筑与开发服务局使用并维护，该局前身为规划部门。
