Cryo-3D-SIM data of a designed protein nanomaterial for a CLXM study

Fluorescence data collected with a cryo-3D-SIM on a NIH-3T3 cell in which we detected mitochondrial signal (red) and alexa488 (green), the later is attached to a designed protein nanomaterial, which was used as a treatment. This data was afterwards used to correlate with data collected by SXT to place the fluorescence signal in the cellular context obtained by SXT. The uploaded data has been transformed.
