I-Tasser was used to construct this <i>Neisseria gonorrhoeae</i> DedA model using the hm_build and hm_refine macros. The sequence used to create this model corresponds to <i>dedA </i>allele 469 (https://pubmlst.org/bigsdb?db=pubmlst_neisseria_seqdef&amp;page=alleleInfo&amp;locus=NEIS1016&amp;allele_id=469), which is the allele occurring in isolate SRR3360624 (Archived in The Sequence Read Archive at National Center for Biotechnology Information Search database (NCBI SRA) with Accession ID SRR3360624 and in the <i>Neisseria </i>PubMLST database with accession ID 48638). This model is used in the manuscript "A naturally occurring <i>Neisseria gonorrhoeae</i> without a functional <i>abcZ </i>gene" by Hilde Synnøve Vollan, Dominique A. Caugant, Vegard Eldholm, Kristian Alfsnes, Nadia Debech and Ola Brynildsrud.
