Elasmobranch eDNA dataset – Northern South China Sea

This repository contains the data and analysis scripts supporting the study: “Spatiotemporal patterns of elasmobranch communities in the northern South China Sea revealed by eDNA”. The dataset includes:- Species detection and abundance matrices- Matched environmental variables- Sample metadata for dry and wet season surveys- R scripts for statistical analyses and figure generation Raw eDNA sequence reads are currently under submission to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA).The accession number will be added once available.
