This data repository includes data and files resulting from phylogenetic analyses from the study by Oswald JA, Boyd BM, Szewczak AR, Stucky BJ, LeFebvre MJ, Guralnick RP, Johnson KP, Allen JM, Steadman DW; titled "Genomic data reveal that the Cuban Blue-headed Quail-Dove (Starnoenas cyanocephala) is a biogeographic relict". Contents of this repository include raw ortholog assemblies supermatrix alignment, maximum likelihood bipartitions tree (generated using RAxML v8), time calibrated tree (generated using MCMCTree, in PAML v4.9), gene trees (generated using RAxML v8), and multispecies coalescent tree (generated using ASTRAL-IV within ASTER v1.16).
