SEEPS4ALL version 1.0

Short description SEEPS4ALL is a dataset ressembling station observations of daily precipitation over (mainly) Europe and climate statistics for forecast verification purposes. Dataset v1.0 covers the years 2022 to 2024 with climate statistics computed over the period 1991-2020. Climate statistics correspond to: the SEEPS parameters that is the thresholds and probabilities of occurence require to compute the score percentiles of the climatological distribution at level 1, 2, ..., 98, 99%. These statistisc are time-of-the-year and station dependent.
