Complete Length H5N7 Influenza A Virus Genomes: Host Adaptation and Evolutionary Metrics

This dataset contains 197 complete H5N7 influenza A virus sequences from NCBI, processed through local bioinformatics workflows. Sequences were aligned with MAFFT (--auto) and trimmed. Codon usage analysis includes ENc, CAI (relative to human and avian references), GC3, RSCU, CPB, and PR2. Temporal and geographic metadata were parsed from headers.
