Net primary production and ecosystem carbon flux of Brazilian tropical savanna ecosystems from eddy covariance and inventory methods

Dataset contains estimates of net primary production and net ecosystem CO2 exchange, and for applicable variables, methods of estimation, for a mixed-grassland (campo sujo) located in the southern Amazon Basin and a riparian forest (Mata de galeria) located in the northern Pantanal derived from inventory and eddy covariance methods.
