Social responsibility and satisfaction in a social economy company

The dataset presents the data for 4 large groups of Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) actions with their respective variables, three corresponding to the internal dimension and one to the external dimension of CSR. The dataset also contained a variable about the number of years that the worker-member has worked in the company (seniority). Another variable is the mean of dissemination used by the company to communicate the CSR actions and, finally, a variable to describe worker-member overall degree of satisfaction with their company on a Likert scale (0-10).
