LXRs (LXRa and LXRb) are widely expresded in a variety of cell types. We addressed how transient LXR activation using GW3965 impacts the cellular composition and/or transcriptional changes in the SI of WT mice. Overall design: WT mice were fed with either control (standard) or GW3965 containing diet for a period of 10 days. Following this, epithelial (EpCAM+CD45-, EPI), immune (EpCAM-CD45+, IMM) or stromal cells (EpCAM-CD45-, double negative, DN) cells were sorted and processed for single cell transcriptomics analysis using protocol from 10X genomics.
