Sleep Quality and Associated Factors Among Adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Ashanti, Ghana: Evidence from a Cross-Sectional Study

This dataset contains anonymized data collected for a cross-sectional study examining sleep quality and associated factors among adults living with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Ashanti Region, Ghana. The dataset includes variables on sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores), perceived stress, social support, and relevant socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of participants.

The data were collected from multiple health facilities and were used to assess correlations between sleep quality, stress levels, and social support among study participants. The dataset is de-identified to ensure participant confidentiality and is shared for academic and non-commercial research purposes under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
