„Was zeichnet einen guten Supervisor/eine gute Supervisorin aus? Was ist gute Supervision für die SupervisandInnen und ihre KlientInnen?“ – Ein Forschungsprojekt “What makes a good supervisor? What is good supervision for supervisees and their clients?” – A research project

Das Forschungsprojekt untersucht die mentalen sozialen Repräsentationen von erfahrenen Supervisorinnen und Supervisoren in Bezug auf ihr Verständnis von guter Supervision und Merkmalen einer guten Supervisorin/ eines guten Supervisors. Es besteht eine hohe Einigkeit der Expertinnen und Experten, dass Supervisoren/Supervisorinnen eine hohe kommunikative, emotionale, soziale und Fachkompetenz/Performanz haben sollten. Gute Supervision zeichnet sich durch eine Aufgaben- und Zielorientierung aus. Im Schulenvergleich zwischen systemischen und integrativen supervisorischen Ausrichtungen zeigen sich signifikante Unterschiede im Rollenverständnis, in den präferierten Eigenschaften und in der Sichtweise auf protektive Faktoren. The research project examines the mental and social representation of experienced supervisors in terms of their understanding of good supervision and the features of a good supervisor. There is a high degree of agreement among experts that supervisors should have high communicative, emotional, social and professional competence/performance. Good supervision stands out due to its orientation towards the problem and the objective.
