Lacuna 疟疾检测挑战数据集

该数据集共包含 3,925 张图像，其中训练集中有 2,747 张图像，测试集中有 1,178 张图像。数据集中的图像是通过将智能手机放在显微镜上方，通过显微镜目镜捕捉血片的视野 (FOV) 来捕获的。除了图像外，还记录了捕获图像的载玻片、显微镜的载物台测微计读数和物镜设置，每张载玻片最多可捕获 40 幅图像。

This dataset contains a total of 3,925 images, among which 2,747 are assigned to the training set and 1,178 to the test set. Images in this dataset are captured by placing a smartphone above a microscope and acquiring the field of view (FOV) of a blood smear through the microscope's eyepiece. In addition to the image files, accompanying metadata includes the corresponding glass slide, the stage micrometer reading of the microscope, and the objective lens setting. A maximum of 40 images can be captured per individual glass slide.
