IYS Skills List is a derivative or a larger database i.e. IYS Skills Taxonomy. In IYS Skills Tech our key focus is on researching "skills" and occupations and organizing them intelligently. The rich skills database is very useful for recruitment, professional networking platforms, job portals, workforce planning, learning & development, talent management, HR analytics, and any application that needs skills data. The end objective of IYS Skills Data is to enable an easy way for capturing skills of people and jobs - the two fundamental constructs in the talent or HR space. Skills are organized then into groups such as Programming Languages, Laboratory Techniques, Thermal Analysis Tools, and Activities in Treasury Management. And these groups are further grouped into Functional Areas or Industries such as Information Technology, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas and Semi-skills labor.
