This dataset is the summary statistics of combining GWASs (C-GWAS) of 78 public facial shape GWASs from our previous work (Xiong, Z.<em> et al.</em> Novel genetic loci affecting facial shape variation in humans. <em>Elife</em> <strong>8</strong>(2019)).
