This record contains experimental validation data and processing scripts prepared for the HardwareX manuscript entitled "Open-hardware design of a compact vertical low-speed closed-circuit wind tunnel for environmental fluid mechanics and micro-object observation". The archive includes raw measurements, processed data tables, plotting scripts, and generated figures used to validate the fan rotation speed, hot-wire anemometer calibration, wind-velocity profiles, turbulence intensity, and energy spectra of the wind-tunnel system. The dataset is organized into two main directories: Fan_Rotation_Speed/ and Wind_Profile/. Fan_Rotation_Speed/ contains raw fan RPM logs, processed fan-rotation summary data, and plotting scripts. Wind_Profile/ contains raw hot-wire anemometer data, calibration data, processed velocity and turbulence-intensity profiles, normalized energy spectra, -5/3 reference-line data, and scripts used to regenerate the figures. The processing scripts were written in Python and Julia. Details of the directory structure, software requirements, and reproduction instructions are provided in the included README.md file.
