Complete genome sequencing of the new proposed species Clavibacter lycopersicum. Clavibacter seminis strain:A6099

Whole-genome base analyses including Average Nucleotide Identity (ANI), in-silico DNA-DNA hybridization, Multi Locus Sequence Analysis (MLSA) and phylogenetic studies revealed that strain A6099, clustered in a different clade compared with the other Clavibacter species, and it displayed ANI and dDDH values lower than the accepted threshold ranges for species delineation. These findings support the designation of A6099 as a novel species for which the name Clavibacter lycorpesicum is proposed
