Information on gene validation experiments.

Quantitative results on the effect of genetic manipulations used on the DPAGT1 model, eya composite-GAL4 control, or DPAGT1 model [Dop1R1+/-]. This includes the specific stock number, the Drosophila gene affected, the nature of that stock (RNAi = RNA interference, OE = overexpression), the % change in eye size in each replicate, and the associated p-value (see Methods for statistics). Cells are labeled blue to indicate statistically significant positive changes, red represents negative changes, and gray represents non-significant changes.
