Genetics Analysis of an established colony of laboratory beagles with atopic dermatitis

We performed genetic analysis on a family of laboratory beagles with an established history of atopic dermatitis (AD) with the goal of identifying genomic areas associated with the severity of AD. The results of this study may lead to future therapies for AD by identifying target regions and genes.
