Genetic abrogation of TNFR1 inhibits pancreatic cancer growth by increasing dendritic cell number and function, and enhanced anti-tumor immunity. KPC mice were lethally irradiated (9 Gy) at the age of 7 weeks. Irradiated mice were reconstituted with 10^7 bone marrow cells from either WT or TNFR1 KO bone marrow.
