RNAseq analysis of the herbicide propyzamide on a pre-clinical model of IBD on Antigen induced Mouse T Cells

Studying the effects of propyzamide on Inflammtory Bowel Disease on Antigen induced Mouse T Cells Overall design: In total there are 24 samples: 8 samples are collected at none stimulated stage, 8 samples are collected at 3 hours after CD3 antigen stimulation and 8 samples are collected at 24 hours after CD3 antigen stimulation.
