Topological junction states in graphene nanoribbons: A route to topological chemistry

This repository contains supplementary materials for the manuscript nl-2025-001492 submitted to Nano Letters on 8 Jan 2025 and revised after 21 Mar 2025. The respository includes TB and DFT calculation raw data and Mathematica code to reproduce the reported results. The v2 includes some amendments in the Mathematica notebook. The v3 includes in addition the Supporting Information file 2025_06_02_SI_R2.pdf added to the manuscript nl-2025-023556 after 27 May 2025. The Supporting Information file 2025_06_02_SI_R2.pdf is replaced with SI_proof.pdf in v4. SI_proof.pdf contains some corrections of the bibliographic data added at the proof stage after the manuscript nl-2025-023556 acceptance for publication.
