The data and code of "Overall Cessation of Acidification Trends in China’s Cropland Soils"

This repository contains the main code and source data used in the analysis and modeling for our paper, "Overall Cessation of Acidification Trends in China's Cropland Soils", submitted to Nature Geoscience. The primary objective of this project is to predict and analyze changes in soil pH using a random forest regression model, driven by various natural and socio-economic factors. The repository includes scripts for sample generation, model training, prediction, and Monte Carlo simulation.
