资源简介:
This study aims to clarify the molecular mechanisms by which the peroxisomal membrane protein VdPex30 regulates the growth, stress adaptation, and pathogenicity of Verticillium dahliae. As a soil-borne pathogenic fungus, V. dahliae causes Verticillium wilt, harming over 660 plant species and severely threatening agricultural production. Building on previous findings that transient silencing of VdPex30 reduces its pathogenicity, this research explores the protein's role in oxidative stress, growth, reproduction, environmental adaptation, and pathogenic processes through multi-dimensional analyses, and identifies its interacting protein VdMIase. The goal is to deepen understanding of the fungus's pathogenic mechanisms and provide potential targets for Verticillium wilt control. (This paper is unpublished)
