Data and Code_ Accounting for bias in prevalence estimation: the case of a globally emerging pathogen

One file is the raw data containing the identity and qPCR results of all Rhinerderma darwinii individuals captured in our study. Zoospore equivalents (Bd infection load) are not yet corrected for dilution (See code to preprocess the data) The other is the code used to run the models, remove pseudoreplicates and draw figures.
