Sonobuoy seismic data on the Chukchi Shelf and Chukchi Borderland, Arctic Ocean, acquired by the R/V Marcus G. Langseth in 2011 (MGL1112).

This 2011 R/V Langseth expedition collected MCS data across the transition from the Chukchi Shelf to the Chukchi Borderland as part of the project: Plate Boundaries around the Chukchi Borderland. The goals were to image the transition between these two continental blocks in order to constrain the history and timing of relative motion between them and to establish the time stratigraphy along seismic profiles. The survey collected multichannel seismic reflection data and sonobuoy data. This dataset includes sonobuoy data.
