GRID3 Comoros Social Distancing Index, Version 1.0 highlights variations in ease of social distancing in urban settings, calculated using population density and building footprints. URBAN POINTS: Urban centre names and locations. URBAN EXTENTS: Polygons of the urban extents. INDEX: A value of 1 is indicative of relative ease of social distancing due to low population density and ample space around buildings. A value of 10 is indicative of high difficulty in maintaining social distancing due to very high population density and very little space around buildings.
