De novo transcriptome assembly and comparative analysis of different developmental stages of bagworm, Metisa plana (Walker)

This project aims to generate comprehensive transcriptome profile of different developmental stages of the bagworm consisting of egg, larva, pupa and adult. The project will also identify and analyze differentially regulated genes (DEGs) involve between the different developmental stage.
