Ozone changes due to the COVID-19 response

Based on the emissions scenarios for the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and society response (see https://github.com/Priestley-Centre/COVID19_emissions) ozone fields are generated using the OsloCTM3 model. The modelled difference between the scenario and the baseline are added to the ozone scenario files from input4MIPS SSP245 (https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/search/input4mips/). Remark, post 2050 the ozone fields in the scenario files are equal to the input4MIP fields.
