MATLAB Simulation Package for Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) Modeling Based on an Antenna Array-Like Approach

This dataset includes the MATLAB program "RIS_Simulator_CNIT.mat" and its associated functions, developed to simulate the behavior of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) using a macroscopic antenna array like approach. The simulation enables detailed visualization of the electromagnetic fields re-radiated by the RIS under various operating conditions. The RIS can be configured to operate either as an anomalous reflector or as a focusing lens. Both functionalities apply to transmissive and reflective RIS configurations.
