we designed and selected small molecule compounds targeting these key signaling pathway nodes to specifically regulate dedifferentiation/dedifferentiation of ocular cell signaling pathways and ocular histopathology after injury, reverse cell repair, and promote their structure and function change. The regenerative direction was developed to achieve the self-healing effect of the cornea and retina. Our research results of this subject are expected to clarify the signaling pathways of corneal epithelial cells and retinal Muller cell transdifferentiation/dedifferentiation in the process of eye tissue injury repair and the mechanism of their influence on tissue regeneration
