Original immunofluorescence images and quantification data supporting the Pedigree T2T Centromere study

This dataset contains original immunofluorescence microscopy images and fluorescence-intensity measurements supporting Figures 4H, 4I, and S35 of the Pedigree T2T Centromere study. The data include imaging of CENP-A and CENP-C, and of CENP-A, CENP-T, and CREST staining, in human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and neural progenitor cells (NPCs). Files provided:• Raw_ND2.zip: 15 original Nikon ND2 files containing multi-channel Z-stacks associated with the representative images and fluorescence-intensity analyses.• Display_JPG.zip: 8 representative image exports corresponding to Figures 4H and S35.• Fig 4I IF_Signal_Intensity.xlsx: consolidated fluorescence-intensity measurements underlying Figure 4I. Each data point represents one centromeric focus.• readme.md: file inventory, correspondence to manuscript figures, channel information, and quantification provenance. The ND2 files retain their original acquisition metadata. Files were renamed for identification without altering their contents and packaged using lossless ZIP compression. After extraction, the ND2 files can be opened using Nikon NIS-Elements or a compatible reader such as Fiji with Bio-Formats.
