ATR-FTIR Ovarian Cancer

The attached file consists of 3 folders, each one containing the ATR-FTIR spectra for the 3 biofluids: plasma, serum and urine. Each of these folders contains 4 sub-folders including raw spectra for non- endometriosis benign patients (named as BENIGNS), endometriosis patients (named as ENDOMETRIOSIS), non-chemotherapy ovarian cancer patients (named as OVARIAN CANCERS-NO CHEMO) and ovarian cancer patients who had received neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (named as OC-WITH CHEMO).
