Experimental Social Utility Data of 74 Respondents for Single-Detached(-like) Homes in Two Inner-City Neighbourhoods in Windsor, ON, in 2020

Seventy-four anonymous respondents in Windsor, ON, rated the desirability of single-detached(-like) homes in an online surveying project. Displayed homes were described with levels of 12 attributes of the dwelling unit, neighbourhood environment, neighbours, and home accessibilities. Primary research data are each respondent’s unconstrained social utilities for levels of these attributes that were statistically decomposed by means of multiple linear regression.
