Repository_16S_MiSeq_data

For purposes of providing examples to showcase (statistical) methods for identifying reagent contamination for an article in Nature Microbiology we've used 16S MiSeq data of placental tissue samples. The goal of setting up this study is to be able to publish a selection of data from a previous study, giving them ENA accessions numbers and to release the with open access. No new 16S MiSeq runs will be performed for this study. The study where these 16S runs are from also contained other sequencing runs (18S eg) which contain human sequences.
