Data from the analysis of heavy isotopes of the water molecule in different environments of the Amazon ecosystem. The data is structured to be used in statistical Bayesian mixture models to obtain estimates of the proportion of contribution of surface and groundwater to the base flow of surface watercourses, with the intention of verifying the flow that contributes most to the flow of surface water bodies in natural areas located in natural and urban microbasins. However, for more precise conclusions based on the information obtained, more studies and collections are necessary.
